Scope
Every project we take on starts with a friendly face-to-face meeting (in person, or online) to discuss your vision.
Design
You are actively involved in the design stage to ensure it's your dream build. You’ll receive a list of our trades and materials suppliers so you can select things like appliances, cabinets and finishing packages. Based on your choices, we will generate a detailed estimate complete with specifications of all materials.
Estimate
There should be no surprises during the building process – we are up front and transparent. You won't get nickel and dimed with every change order.
Build
We make sure our building sites are clean, organized and in pristine condition so that our talented, skilled trades people have the very best environment to do their very best work.
Review
You get peace of mind that you have a sound home that was built to last a lifetime.
